v03 Eng. Checklist Issues #5

Pretty Basic Issues:

(1) CS and SDO/SA0 nets need flag labels

(2) LSM6DS3 needs prod_id now that the part is in Sparkle

(3) Units object for the measurements is on the dimension layer; should be on measures

(1) Added and resized text (2) PROD_ID attribute added with value IC-12969 (3) Units note moved to measures. Also made sure measurements were on measures.
