Changes for v4.4 #247

My running list of todos for v4.4:

Move version number from settings menu printf
Break INO into sub inos
Migration to sdFat v2
Stop using EEPROM read/writes, use get/puts
Create settings struct for easier EEPROM
Test for possible >32GB card support
Test for possible unicode and >8.3 file name support
Retest max utilization at 115200

I can probably do that last one for you. I've got a bunch of tests set up to record dropped data. I can run them on v4.3 and list the results, then re-run them when v4.4 is complete to show how things changed (or didn't).

Very good - thanks @EmbeddedMan. I don't have an ETA For v4.4, it's more house keeping than anything.
