Minor updates to address issue #6.

Added 750 ms delay to allow SparkFun GPS-RTK2 Board to initialize (a more elegant solution can be devised at a later date)
Re-enabled debug mode
Changed format of UBX data output to Serial Monitor
Changed firmware to use hardware revision v10

Thanks for this Adam, We keep the debug menu hidden in the standard OLA firmware so the GNSS Logger code was loosely following the same standard... Don't be too upset if it disappears again in the near future! ;-) All the best, Paul
