Jetson AGX not recognizing sparkfun-micromod-gnss-carrier-board-zed-f9p? #28

I have a sparkfun-micromod-gnss-carrier-board-zed-f9p which directly connect the usb to jetson, however it seems like the jetson not recognizing it? does anyone face this problem and solve it?
