Fixes solder mask aperture

• Removes the solder mask expansion in favor of 1:1 ratio of solder pad to solder mask
• This removes the many many DRC errors that overlapping solder mask polygons create.

Thanks for explaining this Elias! For my future self: we should remove the aperture overrides on most of the parts and connectors to allow the global override to drive the soldermask expansion across the board.
