Add XRP parts #126

Barrel jack 3D model is not perfect, it's the best I could find.

Use the generic package name when possible (so PowerVFDFN-13), not supplier device package name (V-DFN3020-13). I fixed it.

Interestingly, I'm dealing with a very similar part (but not quite the same package). I'll look at switching to yours.

FP name is in the middle. 1008 is a different FP size. Fixed.

Why are you stacking SW-9 on NC-7? I see it can be tied to anything, but those pads aren't next to each other. I would just leave it truly NC to avoid the trace under the IC.

Nice PR! I'm merging. Please consider removing 9/7 stack.

It's actually designed to have the trace go under pin 7 like that.
