Adding a KiCAD template for a hookup board connected to broken-out pins #1

This pull request adds a template for a custom hookup board to the AGT that features pin headers placed to match the broken-out pins of the AGT. With such a custom hookup board, additional hardware (such as sensors or outputs) can be easily added to the AGT.
