Changes in this release:

Bug #745 - Allow passwords with decimals.
Bug #769 - Correctly set region for L-Band in EU.
Bug #774 - Stop NTRIP Server when entering Rover mode.
Bug #762 - Suppress display startup from button bump.
Bug #758 - Suppress further SD starts after SD fail.
Bug #749 - Allow Web Config while TCP server is running.
Feature #767 - Support multiple NTRIP Servers.
