for test-boards with an on-board vreg, it would be nice to have a pretest circuit built into the FJ so that one could test the VCC line for shorts. This would also allow one to check for proper regulator function. I believe currently the pretest circuits are defaulted to v1 and v2.
I suppose you could connect VCC (post on-board vreg) to v1 or v2, not power up that line, and just utilize the pretest circuit, but it seems a little wonky... Especially with some of the power control issues we've seen in the past.
