Remove PCA from design #16

Having logic conversion hardwired into the FJ design is unnecessary and causes more issues than it helps. If logic conversion is necessary per an assembly, we can add the appropiate parts to the daughter board

Removed from new design, can use the PCA recomended replacement or create a LL conversion circuit using N Channel mosfet and pullups.
