Capsense Methodology and Design #4

IMO the capsense methodology could be improved.

We could save IO by sharing a return pin for both built-in capsense pads. This would also allow that pin to be broken-out for use on another capsense pad if it is added to the test-bed PCB.

This brings up 2 potential (not really) issues that I can think of:

(1) I'm not sure the MEGA is capable of sharing return lines. I see no reason why it wouldn't be able to based on how capsense functions, but I have not officially verified this.

(2) If there is an issue with the capsense lines on the FJ then this could affect both capsense pads instead of just one. This is also not really an issue seeing as these subs get tested in production and would not pass functional testing anyways.
