For nets currently named PB0, PB1, PB2, and PB3 it would be nice if the net names would also reflect the digital pins that they represent in the pin definitions for the chip in Arduino eg. 53/PB0, 52/PB1, etc.
IMO, this naming convention should also be carried over to all of the serial lines: RX1/TX1 - RX3/TX3. I think we can omit RX0 and TX0, as those lines are not broken out to the test-bed and are dedicated programming and debug lines for the FJ.
