I have no helpful informatiob for your problem yet because I got the mashine yesterday. But do you know haw i get in to the settings to correct x & y position? I'm 1,25mm out at the y axis. If I change compensation data it have no effect.
If I understand correctly, my suggestion is: Mark bottom-left edge as "origin" in your PCB with your development software first. Than create pick&place output and re-upload into charmhigh.
I had the same issue, the problem was that the machine can't understand negative positions so you need to set the board origen to the lower left corner
Trying to set the PCB Calibration I sometimes got this error. I got it when I was trying to choose the center of the 2 points specified.
If I chose to calibrate again and chose a little different points from the center of the component specified , charm accepted the coordinates.
If I don't try to move the head to the points specified and just click "set" for both points charm would accept the calibration.
