KiCad conversion script update #25

Hello,

First of all many thanks about your detailed writeups and the shared software - I don't think we would have gone ahead buying this kind of machine otherwise :)

We've put some work into the KiCad conversion script to bring it almost at the same level as the Eagle one (without the fancy GUI). We use a shared spreadsheet on a Git repo so we didn't bother with the Google sheet support but it shouldn't be hard to add.

There is also a bit of documentation in the README.md file. English is not my native language so feel free to suggest some corrections if needed :)
