This prescient SDK will require the following use cases:

Get a user token
Get S3 temporary credentials

Specific logic for accessing any service is out of scope for this iteration. Clients may be added in the future for simplifying programmatic access to prescient services.

In general, the main requirements are:

The SDK is for any Prescient customer
Must be installable from pip
Reads config from env vars by default, support for any other config pattern is TBD
