What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Include Script to page
2. Include Stylesheet reference in body '<link href="style.css" ... />'
3. Open page in IE7/8 mode

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected - working page normal behavior.
Actual - Script not parsing stylesheet

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 8, IE10 in IE7/8 mode.

Please provide any additional information below.
If Line 406 'document.getElementsByTagName("head")' changed to
'document.getElementsByTagName("html")' fixes issue for IE8, but not for IE7

Back from the dead... There is a new version of the script. It has some CSS
parsing and processing improvements. If you're still using it, or would like to
try again, could you confirm that this issue is solved or not?
