This is a continuation from #2530 with the needed Xcode project changes.

Testing

I tested and verified my change by using one or multiple of these methods:

Tested test app in NN with update alert, permission alert dialog, and tested downloading/installing an update. Verified strings are localized.

macOS version tested: 14.4 (23E214)
