Update aws support matrix #269

Why do we need this change?

AWS has added a number of new services and need to update sparkle_formation's json support to ensure it knows and can work with and create the appropriate resources

What effects does this change have?

Update the aws json so that the newer services are known/available to be leveraged

@chrisroberts any chance of this getting reviewed/merged. I've also pinged a few times in irc to no real response either? Multiple pr's for updating the supported matrix of types for both azure and aws seem to be stuck in limbo, this will certainly cause concerns around it being maintained on an ongoing basis.

@chrisroberts yet again pinging. At this point its feeling like this has been abandoned. If this is the case can you update the project at least to let folks know.
