Note the subscription address #32

Hi,

Thanks for this suggestion. However, the URL takes people to the web interface, which means that it may be confusing to then imply "here's the way you should subscribe."

There are multiple ways to subscribe; would you mind updating the wording to indicate, "If you don't want to use Google's web interface ..."?
