Look into using the `bookbindery` gem #5

This seems more along the lines of what we need for a docs site:

https://github.com/cloudfoundry-incubator/bookbinder

Octopress/Jekyll are pretty good, but are really intended for a blog and all the accoutrements thereof. We hacked a bunch of stuff to make it work for a just-docs site.

This might also allow us to integrate rdocs, README, CHANGELOG, etc. into the site (see #6).
