Arrow keys broken with silder #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
For example, go to Settings->Alarm Clock->Alarm Volume with any skin

What is the expected output?
The slider should move with up/down arrow keys

What do you see instead?
The slider doesn't move

What version of the product are you using?
Seems to be something with the grid view merge

Also, since the grid view merge the speakers on either side of the volume 
slider using the now playing screensaver with the WQVGAsmallSkin move the 
slider up and down but don't always actually adjust the volume.

I roled back to git 4ed39e317e2fb440e8bfb36bba80b028747be7d0 and the volume 
control works fine.

Sorry for the delay - Ryan - can you check the latest git for slider operation.

Ralph - I'm not sure I can reproduce this, can you confirm what the specific 
action is - are you using a mouse to press the speakers?
