[bug] wildcard replacement only works if InvenTree is enabled #186

just for info in case someone also stumbles over this.

For now the replacement of wildcards while creating a kicad part only works if also an InvenTree part is created.

I will try to fix this together with the pricing bug.

actually not a bug, just a missing supplier parameters configuration for libraries (which is a pain with my library structure). I will add a note to the README on how it needs to be configured.
