Tree view disappears and won't reload #7

Sometimes, the tree view will disappear from RadPy and trying to open a new 
view with   does not work.  The only fix I can find for this is to delete the 
RadPy directory in AppData (under Windows).

Whoops.  Left out part of the first sentence.  That should read "trying to open 
a new view with View/Other/Tree View does not work.
