Currently only kamaelia.org is under SSL. www.kamaelia.org is hosted in the same place, but the cert isn't valid for it. That needs fixing.

Wildcarding is somewhat harder than anticipated. Have instead got a single domain/server certificate for www.kamaelia.org and the other possible wildcards now redirect to the https address for that instead. This seems to solve the user experience issue, but not the way I'd prefer. (of note, this means that https://kamaelia.org/ will be borked until this is resolved, but that's not likely to be a common link by anyone and http://kamaelia.org/ will function as expected)
