Windows 10 Phone Compatibility? #524

Editing on a Windows 10 mobile phone does not work. Pressing the delete key inserts a red circle symbol.

Even your own Demo page at https://simplemde.com/ does not work on a Windows 10 phone. Yes, I know, who uses Windows Phone anyway!

Don't have a Windows phone, so someone with this device would need to submit a PR that fixes this issue.

By the way, an emulator seems to be available.
