rtl bug curser change #801

Hello dear developers

Report bug: about keyboard usage in rtl editor

I use rtl editor:

Bug: you can test last line, when you use home and End button not work correctly. Depends on latin pain text chars not Persian or arabic chars.

I have same problem plz fix it
