Should the "submit" button be placed elsewhere ? (switch reset and submit button ?) #551

Some users have complained that the button is too far away, and is less visible than the "reset" button, and they wanted these buttons to be switched ("submit" at the top, "reset" at the bottom). Or could they be placed next to each other at the top ?
