Made sh:order a decimal (double) #102

This fixes the error I am having #101

Thanks ! however I think this is missing the main point in shacl-doc, PropertyShape.java + NodeShape.java, which also have sh:order as integers. And shacl2xsd is old stuff that we should not modify.

I won't merge this directly, but I will make the necessary changes to make sh:order a double. Give me a few weeks for this (I am on vacations right now)
