Add ability to customize log options for SHACL generation command #105

redirect logs in a file
add option to point to log4j config file
remove HttpRequests logs

Also, investigate the errors:

-ERROR in ch.qos.logback.core.pattern.parser.Compiler@546a03af - There is no conversion class registered for conversion word [kvp]
-ERROR in ch.qos.logback.core.pattern.parser.Compiler@546a03af - [kvp] is not a valid conversion word
