Currently we have a public SHACL file at https://skos-play.sparna.fr/play/excel_test/excel2skos-use-case-3.xlsx, in SKOS Play, but this is kind of hidden, and relatively old.

We should provide a clean template, with a page with some explanations on the xls2rdf converter for how to edit simple SHACL in Excel file.
