Statistics computation : make it work for remote dataset, with SPARQL #111

One implementation should work with a Model, one should work with a remote SPARQL service

This implies that we should be able to compute the targets of each shapes for each possible kind of target definition, be it for a Model or for a remote SPARQL endpoint
