Support for dcterms:abstract #68

For the abstract, what about supporting also dcterms:abstract, in addition to rdfs:comment (as done with rdfs:label / dcterms:title)? And if both are missing, what about using dcterms:description?

We already use dcterms:description for another section. We will deal with dct:abstract and default to rdfs:comment.
