Support for adms:status to generate Status metadata

adms:status would generate a "Status" metadata in the header

adms:status is an object property, which implies we would need the label of the Concept in the data, or we say we expect a datatype property, or we find another literal metadata. Or we restrict ourselves to a limited set of values for which we know the labels, e.g. https://op.europa.eu/en/web/eu-vocabularies/concept-scheme/-/resource?uri=http://publications.europa.eu/resource/authority/dataset-status

adms:status is typically used with 2 reference code lists:

• for the status of a dataset, an ontology, an application profile, etc.: https://op.europa.eu/en/web/eu-vocabularies/concept-scheme/-/resource?uri=http://publications.europa.eu/resource/authority/dataset-status
• for the status of concepts, classes and properties. https://op.europa.eu/en/web/eu-vocabularies/concept-scheme/-/resource?uri=http://publications.europa.eu/resource/authority/concept-status

Maybe an option could be:

• if one of the two code lists above is used, only the URI is needed, as we know their labels - i.e., solution 4 in https://github.com/sparna-git/shacl-play/issues/71#issuecomment-1240339048; otherwise,
• the label SHOULD be included in the data - i.e., solution 1 in https://github.com/sparna-git/shacl-play/issues/71#issuecomment-1240339048
