Fix left margin for content to avoid toc overlap with small screen #92

bug identified on https://rdafr.fr/ontologie/ when the screen is small size:

the margin-left with 300px should fix the problem.

notice: I did not changed anything to the PDF générator

Thanks @kerphi ! I have merged the PR. We had similar issues. I have small doubts however that this fixes the problem in every situations. However let's give it a try. The online application is updated.

Thank you for your reactivity. I can confirm this is ok, I just deployed the fix on https://rdafr.fr/ontologie/ and it's not trucated anymore. But I agree, maybe there is probably cases where this patch could not work, let us see...
