Create treeview of classes with geospatial annotations #19

Create a treeview which allows to better select geospatial concepts instead of the dropdown menu with the search bar

Version 0.12 now includes a browsable and searchable class list. Whether or not to expand this to a tree will be discussed

Version 0.13 includes a class tree which will need to be further extended to support more different node types
