add a new readme in some subdirectory of sbompoc that explains the instance of Dependency track was created for Oct28 workshop, and how to recreate if needed another copy with other sbom input. It was done manually so describe the steps and add issues in the todo section of this project for suggested improvements to automate various of the manual steps.
