allow choosing if QR code scanning camera is mirrored or not #876

When scanning a QR code, please allow to choose if the camera is mirrored or not. If you have a wired USB camera, you may be behind the camera looking at the QR code with the camera. In that case, you don't want the camera mirrored. Currently, the camera is mirrored, so movements have to be backwards in this case trying to align the QR code within the box.

If you have a fixed camera built into your screen, you may be looking in the opposite direction of the camera and want it mirrored. This is how the QR code scanning camera is currently setup to prefer.

The problem is that Sparrow's QR code scanning is very poor, it should read the QR code without any problems, but users need to align and adjust a lot to read it! see #967

I think these are two separate issues. Fixing both will help the experience.
