move examples to external repo #49

Instead of copying file https://github.com/zkspin/spin-sdk/blob/main/src/index.ts#L89-L101 from: https://github.com/zkspin/spin-sdk/tree/main/sdk

Let's create different external repos solely for examples, move the code out.

Then with in zkspin-cli, let's git clone those repos.
