[Bug]: Issues with merging with another resourcepack plugins

Describe the bug

If i try to merge the pack with oraxen (oraxen has compression so noone can open the pack), so if i try to put assets and jext.json file inside oraxen and try downloading the pack either using oraxen or frp on top of that it does not work. And if i leave the host resourcepack to jext i get failed to load resource pack.

Steps to reproduce

1. Download pack generated on another server and uploaded assets folder as well with jext.json to oraxen pack directory
2. Reloaded oraxen and took the zip resource pack
3. Restart the server
4. Join (says failed to load pack or if it loads the jextadmingui is empty 4.1 I added the pack downloaded from web (not the oraxen merge) into folder as resource-pack.zip

Do i have to open port for the admin gui? (because i created the pack on other server because port is closed on main server)

Expected behaviour

Expected behaviour is i would like to have either one pack with oraxen and music or to have user download both. What would be the best way (and if i have pack downloader only on main server will it work on second server if user still has the pack)
