DAO.countVotes() was called in DAO.withdraw() and anything affecting weights previously
This will look vastly different with the dynamic weight changes, but this issue is here to remind us to make sure we apply whatever this ends up being to BondVault.claimLPForMember() too
And also think about any other instances where weights change and the proposal's votes need to be handled accordingly
