Remove all notifiers but the prometheus alertmanager #6

Let alertmanager route the alerts and remove all other notifiers from the codebase. Update the tests to use prometheus-alertmanager instead of email/slack for tests.

shouldn't we delete alerting entirely ? Leave it up to alertmanager?

I'll merge this, because it's a very good start.
