SERCOS parameters vs SPECIAL signals Integration #155

Do we need to utilize any of the SERCOS or SPECIAL signals for temporary access? It doesn't seem to be permanent so it can only take in those messages if we choose to replace the others.

Redo FreeCanConfiguration_Torque_Setpoint_2021-24_en and Upload to Aipex Pro with correct signals for added wanted messages (64 bits) and Attribute sende messages.

Create a new address to send messages from since the others are 64 bits.
