Research Energy Efficiency #333

Hi, Everytime i load saved game, the research energy efficiency returns to 25/50 when i upgraded it to 50 but i don't recieve spent points back

I have the same problem. When I close the tab in which it is running and start from the saved game en eff return starts from 25/50
