感觉是自动更新插件后，就切换到默认模型了

一般默认使用gpt-3.5-turbo 或者是gpt-4

好的，收到，确认了下当初是考虑到的16K模型包含 tokens， 在长文章和长视频里总结会更完整。

@givebest 这里能加个记忆功能么，把用户的选项保存起来，现在每次更新就会重置，每次都得手动设置下再。
