Update the GeoFile Reader node documentation #326

The GeoFile Reader node also support MapInfo .tab files and add a link to the used GDAL library https://gdal.org/. Don't link to Fiona since it will be replaced with version 1.0 with Pyogrio (see https://geopandas.org/en/stable/docs/user_guide/io.html)
