Directed Bezier Curve #352

Do we need a node to convert directed straight lines into directed Bezier curves?

Dialog Options:

Source column
Target column
Line type (Line or Bezier curve)
Number of sample points (advanced only visible for Bezier)
Degree of the curve (advanced only visible for Bezier)

Input:

Two columns with GeoPoints

Input:

Input table with a new column appended that contains the bezier curve as GeoLine connecting the two input points.

Rename node to Directed Bezier Curve
Remove line option
Revise dialog setting names (Origin and Destination) and also parameter nodes
Dialog settings and node description spelling and capitalization
Check if the input table already contains a column with name Curve and make the new column name unique see KNIMEUtils function
