Add dict2position() #78

As discussed in https://github.com/spatialaudio/jackclient-python/pull/74#discussion_r324478324.

I'm not quite sure if the default behavior (reset pos.valid, leave absent fields unchanged) makes sense.

Any opinions on that?

I'm closing this because it is not strictly necessary anymore since #82 has been merged.

If you want to have this (or something similar) anyway, please leave a comment!
