Update Quick Stats #72

This PR includes the following changes to Quick stats card:

  1. Overall styling changed from two column grid to single column

  2. Changes to the following fields in the card: 2.1. Flagged OSM Features to Quality Trend(vs. 2018) 2.2. Atlas-Checks Flags to Affected OSM Features 2.3. Total City Area to Total OSM Road Features

  3. Pie chart replaced by a bar chart showing total road geometry and road attributes

None of the cities have flat trend. If the trend is flat, it would be displayed as below:
