Add possibility to separately set text outline color and width #241

Hi! I had a similar problem as in #225, but I also had a need in setting text outline color and width separately from the main icon, so I expanded the functionality of PR #228.

Hi @spatialillusions , would you mind putting a new package including these changes on NPM? I'm currently using a github: dep in my package, which is fine, but it'd be nice to go back to a standard version.
