the calculation under point 11 is not correct.
original states:
"" You will see that the table contains 13000 rows. We had 74 origin points and 1000 destination points - so the output contains 74x1000 = 74000 pairs of origins and destination.""
However, calculation delivers 67000 rows, not 74000. Community_Based_Service_Providers.shp contains 74 locations in total
However, filtering with ""PROVIDER_T" IN ('Adult','Adult & Child')" leaves us with 67 locations ! (locations n/a and "CHILD' = total 7 are left out from the total of 74!)
That leads to the following calculation:
